Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end enterprise solution architecture for complex cloud and digital transformation programmes, defining scalable design patterns and ensuring architectural governance.
  • •Lead AI and agentic engineering innovation by designing and operationalizing multi-agent architectures across design, development, testing, and operations.
  • •Shape deals and commercial outcomes by leading solutioning, architecture, estimation, and cost models while supporting contract shaping.
  • •Enable delivery at scale by providing architectural oversight, establishing engineering best practices across DevOps and automation, and leading/mentoring distributed engineering teams.
  • •Act as a trusted advisor by engaging senior stakeholders, leading client workshops and executive briefings on cloud strategy and AI adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years designing and developing enterprise-scale applications and infrastructure projects.
  • •Strong software engineering foundation across frontend, backend, APIs, data, and cloud architecture.
  • •Expertise in C# or Java; experience with Python and TypeScript/JavaScript is an advantage.
  • •Proven delivery experience applying agentic AI to legacy modernization or building new custom solutions.
  • •Hands-on expertise with agentic AI frameworks such as Microsoft Agent Framework and LangChain (or equivalents) and applying AI agents across the SDLC.
