•Define and execute consumer-centric European nutrition strategy across categories, ensuring alignment with company priorities.
•Partner with Global and Zone teams—including R&D, Growth, Regulatory, Legal, and Communications—to integrate nutrition into the business.
•Synthesize complex nutritional science into actionable insights for product innovation and reformulation projects.
•Design and deliver regular training programs to guide internal business partners on nutritional standards and trends.
•Identify and build relationships with key external stakeholders and represent the company within industry organizations.

Key Requirements

•Experience defining and executing consumer-centric European nutrition strategies across multiple categories.
•Ability to collaborate with Global and Zone teams (R&D, Growth, Regulatory, Legal, Communications) to integrate nutrition into the business.

•Experience designing and delivering internal education/training on nutritional standards and trends.
