Greet customers in branch lobbies and help them complete simple transactions using mobile app technology and ATMs. Provide personalized advice and solutions, educate customers on Citizens products and benefits, and refer them to bankers for next steps. Follow all cash-handling and regulatory policies, respond to questions and concerns, and build long-term customer relationships through strong communication, listening, and problem-solving.
