Internal Audit Analyst

Execute end-to-end financial crime compliance audits as part of the Internal Audit team, covering scoping, fieldwork, reporting, and remediation validation. Identify control gaps and perform root-cause analysis to classify findings by risk severity and regulatory exposure. Partner with Compliance, Engineering, and Legal to build risk-based recommendations and track action plans to closure. Maintain AML and sanctions knowledge and apply regulatory changes to audit scope and testing.
