Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and monitor end-to-end order flow across wholesale and retail channels, including processing and tracking retailer purchase orders across WHOOP systems, 3PLs, and retail partners.
  • •Collaborate with 3PLs and internal teams to support inventory accuracy, transfer order receiving, and order adjustments.
  • •Own day-to-day operational management for assigned international retail accounts, including retailer communication, shipment tracking, routing compliance, and resolution of operational issues.
  • •Maintain retailer operational requirements and portal compliance, including shipment documentation, tracking updates, routing guides, and retailer-specific operational inputs.
  • •Monitor in-transit exceptions (delayed, failed, or at-risk shipments) and coordinate resolution across internal and external stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics in a multi-channel consumer goods environment.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and drive process improvements.
  • •Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • •Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
