Senior Supervisor - Bank Fraud Recovery

Supervise day-to-day bank fraud recovery for digital banking channels, leading claims processing and prioritizing high-risk incidents to minimize financial losses. Oversee fraud recovery workflows, reporting, audit trails, and trend analysis to identify root causes and recommend controls. Partner with investigations, risk, compliance, operations, and legal, and coordinate with management, external institutions, and law enforcement as needed. Lead, train, and mentor a fraud recovery team while ensuring regulatory and internal-control compliance.
