Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with investment managers to create property-level operational strategies and analyze major leases, capital projects, and other factors impacting asset value.
  • •Review valuation models (Argus and Excel) and support acquisition/disposition activities by coordinating due diligence information.
  • •Prepare financial analysis to compare historic portfolio and property results to industry benchmarks.
  • •Assist in developing annual business plans and quarterly reports, including property operating and capital budgets and variance reporting.
  • •Communicate with third-party property management/leasing personnel and consultants; review lease packages and assess tenant business/creditworthiness.

  • •1–3 years of experience in the commercial and/or multi-family real estate industry (or business related activity).
  • •Property-level experience is a plus.
  • •Strong computer literacy with experience using AI, Argus, VTS, RealPage, Microsoft Excel and Word, and PowerPoint (AI/Argus/VTS/RealPage experience plus).
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills, plus analytical problem-solving to make well-reasoned recommendations.
