Commis - Local Candidates Only

As a Commis, you will join the kitchen brigade to prepare mise en place, cook basic items, and assist with food presentation under the Executive Chef. You’ll set up your workstation, follow recipes and hygiene standards, restock supplies, assist with receiving and storing goods, and maintain cleanliness and safety while supporting a collaborative team.
