Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and serve as the subject matter expert for fluid/HVAC components across the site.
  • •Perform CAD modeling and design for fluid/HVAC systems.
  • •Conduct fluid analyses for pressure balance, component design allowables, and consumables determination.
  • •Own maintenance and reliability of critical infrastructure assets across campus, including commissioning and performance validation.
  • •Implement predictive maintenance protocols; support equipment selection, sizing, procurement support, and lead root-cause investigations with corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
  • •1+ years of professional experience working with fluids components such as valves, pumps, COPVs, compressors, heat exchangers, pressure transducers, or temperature sensors.
  • •Hands-on experience with fluid (liquid and/or gas) handling systems.
  • •Experience using data acquisition equipment and test instrumentation/control components such as pressure transducers, thermocouples, resistance temperature detectors, and relays.
  • •Experience with HVAC systems and air ducting, including CAD work in NX (or similar) with GD&T per ASME Y14.5-1994 and tolerance stack-up analysis.
