Manager Total Rewards & Policies

Own development, implementation, and compliance monitoring of global Total Rewards and HR policy frameworks across Etihad’s international network. Design compensation and benefits programs, support reward strategy with market benchmarking and global trend/regulatory monitoring, and manage annual salary, merit, promotion, and incentive cycles. Maintain salary structures and reward governance, build reward analytics/dashboards for executives, and deliver reward projects such as job evaluation, pay equity, and policy harmonization across regions and UAE.
