Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as primary contact for Workplace Strategy & Site Operations covering real estate, employee experience, projects, and site operations at designated sites.
  • •Execute the Global Site Operations vision by proactively addressing space and services issues with senior leaders and business units.
  • •Lead and coordinate site vendors across facilities management, food service, wellness, space & occupancy, finance, sustainability, and events teams.
  • •Manage MEP operations and serve as EMEA lead for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing operations.
  • •Own projects and drive site initiatives, including occupancy strategies, sustainability implementation, incident management partnerships, and landlord/building management coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • •10 years of work experience, with at least 5 years leading site facilities independently and 3 years managing on the client side.
  • •Strong customer collaboration and executive presence across senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • •Strong financial competence in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling (FM-related).
  • •Strong facilities management knowledge, including MEP operations and vendor management skills.
