Lead product strategy and portfolio execution for Digital Launchpad, an AI-enabled digital capabilities suite supporting Boeing Defense. Own end-to-end product lifecycle leadership from vision and roadmap through prioritization, development alignment, and deployment execution. Drive KPIs and dashboards, facilitate portfolio-level tradeoffs, and manage dependencies across agile teams spanning software engineering, UX, data science, security, and operations to deliver scalable, interoperable solutions.

•Define and continuously refine the Digital Launchpad product portfolio vision and strategy aligned to BDS priorities.
•Own end-to-end product lifecycle management, including cohesion and interoperability across platforms and applications.
•Develop execution roadmaps and facilitate prioritization based on value, risk, and resource allocation.
•Establish KPIs and dashboards to track portfolio performance and guide strategy adjustments through feedback loops.
•Lead cross-functional delivery by collaborating with software engineering, UX, data science, security, and operations, managing dependencies and governance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 182,750 - 247,250 annually

•5+ years of experience with agile development and working with cross-functional, matrixed teams managing complex dependencies.
