Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and improve manufacturing methods, operating sequences, work instructions, process flows, build layouts, and assembly procedures.
  • •Coordinate with design, NPME, operations, quality, test engineering, and suppliers to implement product improvements and resolve manufacturing issues.
  • •Create, review, route, approve, and implement engineering change requests and orders while assessing impacts to BOMs, drawings, and related structures.
  • •Apply DFx, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement to reduce cost, improve manufacturability, eliminate waste, and enhance safety, quality, and delivery performance.
  • •Develop and evaluate test procedures, analyze results, and perform root-cause/failure-mode analysis with corrective action planning.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • •1–3 years of relevant engineering or manufacturing experience.
