Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with project teams to deliver assigned tasks, maintain deliverable quality, and ensure project milestones are met.
  • •Own content delivery within (sub-)workstreams, collaborate with other consultants, and communicate progress proactively with project/workstream leads.
  • •Prepare and contribute to communications and project timelines for assigned activities.
  • •Support business development and client pitches under guidance of an Engagement Manager or Principal Consultant.
  • •Contribute to knowledge management and internal Allianz Services initiatives, including trainings, exchanges, and team events, plus day-to-day operations of assigned tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 2+ years in safeguarding functions such as operational risk management (non-financial risk), resilience, or project management.
  • •Experience with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Operational Risk Management, or internal risk & control frameworks, including risk methodologies (or relevant experience in business continuity, IT service continuity, incident/crisis coordination, or other resilience areas).
  • •Experience conducting risk assessments, monitoring/reporting, internal controls testing, or implementing mitigation solutions (plus).
  • •Strong communication in English for presentations and reports; PowerPoint and Excel skills are required. German is desired.
