Key Responsibilities

  • •Repair and perform maintenance on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for rental and customer equipment and tools.
  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track service intervals, order parts, and diagnose root causes and corrective actions.
  • •Maintain safe job practices and perform repairs using a high degree of independent judgment.
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed and assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.
  • •Travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance when required and assist in training lower-level technicians as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Own tools applicable to the position and bring advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Have extensive knowledge of construction equipment and an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Have superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred, with field service, maintenance, and repair experience preferred.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and must be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
