Key Responsibilities

  • •Operationalize ASC 606 revenue recognition for revenue contracts with customers.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze and launch new products and GTM programs with proper revenue recognition and system implementation.
  • •Perform UAT for new products and GTM programs.
  • •Support revenue month-end close activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and preparation for monthly close packages and quarterly audit requests.
  • •Review sales contracts and research accounting guidance to document the company’s position on revenue transactions; handle ad hoc projects as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Accounting.
  • •5+ years combined public accounting (e.g., Big 4) and private industry experience at a publicly traded company.
  • •Knowledge and application of US GAAP, specifically ASC 606, plus SEC regulations and SOX/internal controls.
  • •Experience with ASC 606 including multiple performance obligation arrangements and complex software revenue transactions.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong analytical/problem-solving and communication skills.
