Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end solution architecture across Agentforce, Salesforce CPQ, and Revenue Cloud Advanced for quote-to-cash processes.
  • •Design agent orchestration and agentic workflow patterns, including delegation, multi-agent coordination, and state/memory management.
  • •Architect Agentforce integration with Salesforce automation and enterprise services using Apex, Flow, APIs, MuleSoft, and secure integration patterns.
  • •Define LLM usage approach (LLMs vs deterministic logic), context engineering and retrieval strategies, and evaluation frameworks for quality, grounding, hallucination, and outcomes.
  • •Establish observability, ensure secure least-privilege action patterns with guardrails/approvals, lead architecture reviews/governance, and mentor technical teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Architect agentic workflows and orchestration patterns across opportunity, configuration, pricing, quoting, contracting, ordering, and revenue lifecycle processes.
  • •Deep expertise in Salesforce Agentforce, Salesforce CPQ, and Revenue Cloud Advanced/Revenue Lifecycle Management, including Salesforce Sales Cloud and core platform architecture.
  • •Experience designing context engineering and retrieval strategies (RAG, semantic/vector search, embeddings, chunking, metadata filtering) and evaluation frameworks for agent quality and observability.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of integration using Apex, Lightning Platform, Flow, APIs, MuleSoft, and enterprise integration patterns with strong resiliency (async processing, retries, idempotency).
  • •Strong security architecture experience, including least-privilege access, guardrails, validation/approvals, and data protection for secure agent action patterns.
