Key Responsibilities

  • •Protect the privacy and security of customers and mitigate risk by following FCB policies, procedures, and cash-handling guidelines.
  • •Process daily transactions and stay alert to fraud while maintaining proper cash limits and dual control requirements.
  • •Grow consumer relationships through inbound calls and at the drive-thru, using marketing campaigns to inform customers about products and promotions.
  • •Conduct service-related outbound calls to achieve assigned call goals and ask purposeful questions to identify partner referrals.
  • •Support customer experience by resolving issues end-to-end, following sales conversation expectations, and progressing through Pathways development.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Two (2) or more years of relevant experience in a client-centric sales environment with a proven track record of exceeding goals and delivering high client service.
  • •Excellent communications skills with strong listening and exceptional relationship-building; motivated to learn and solutions-based.
  • •Technologically savvy, including Microsoft Office, Internet, mobile technology, and bank systems.
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability/willingness to travel regionally.
