Production Supervisor - Deli Wog

Oversee deli production operations to ensure procedures are followed and productivity is achieved in the most cost-efficient way while maintaining customer specifications. Lead and coach employees to maximize quality and performance, plan manpower and resources, manage performance feedback, and promote safety and department/company goodwill. Investigate opportunities for quality improvement, cost reduction, method improvement, yield control, and equipment maintenance, while meeting all required reporting for the supervised area.
