Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, format, and maintain North America Visual Merchandising directives, styling guides, and visual communication materials for stores using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • •Produce and adapt campaign, evergreen, and promotional POSM to ensure brand consistency and alignment with merchandising strategies.
  • •Manage visual merchandising documents, templates, and asset libraries for efficient execution across the store network.
  • •Oversee upload and accuracy of planograms and guidance in One Door, ensuring content is timely and actionable.
  • •Coordinate showroom installations and product styling, contributing to visual reviews and seasonal launches.

Key Requirements

  • •2-4 years of experience in Visual Merchandising Communications and knowledge of Visual Merchandising principles.
  • •Graphic design experience is a must.

  • •Excellent communication skills- verbal, written and visual.
  • •Ability to translate global direction to support localized business needs.
