Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide L2/L3 support for MES applications, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of production issues.
  • •Ensure high availability and performance of MES across manufacturing environments.
  • •Manage incident, problem, and change processes aligned to ITIL practices.
  • •Perform system monitoring, patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
  • •Design and implement functional enhancements in AVEVA MES and support standardization and new plant deployments, expansions, and rollouts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent experience in manufacturing.
  • •3–7+ years of hands-on experience with an industrial MES (Aveva, Rockwell, ).
  • •Strong experience with AVEVA System Platform / Application Server.
  • •Proven experience designing and implementing object-oriented industrial models.
  • •Experience supporting manufacturing environments (CPG, Food & Beverage, Pharma, etc.) and knowledge of ISA-95 / ISA-88 standards and manufacturing data models.
