Key Responsibilities

•Perform daily, end-to-end reconciliation matching purchase orders against bulk code uploads, customer deliveries, and operational ledger records.
•Investigate variances including missing codes and duplicate data, tracing issues back to their source.
•Run pre-upload and post-delivery checks to ensure zero faulty or corrupted codes reach customers.
•Maintain organized, audit-ready records of reconciliations and resolved issues.
•Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to automate repetitive checks and improve the data pipeline.

Key Requirements

•2+ years in a role requiring rigorous double-checking such as AP/AR reconciliation, operational audit, data analysis, or trust & safety/fraud operations.
•Experience with reconciliation workflows and chasing variances to root cause rather than only flagging errors.
•Strong spreadsheet skills, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and pivot tables.
•Ability to document and clearly explain discrepancies to internal teams and external partners.
•Comfort with highly repetitive, high-concentration matching work and a focus on absolute accuracy.
