Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily, end-to-end reconciliation matching purchase orders against bulk code uploads, customer deliveries, and operational ledger records.
  • •Investigate variances including missing codes and duplicate data, tracing issues back to their source.
  • •Run pre-upload and post-delivery checks to ensure zero faulty or corrupted codes reach customers.
  • •Maintain organized, audit-ready records of reconciliations and resolved issues.
  • •Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to automate repetitive checks and improve the data pipeline.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years in a role requiring rigorous double-checking such as AP/AR reconciliation, operational audit, data analysis, or trust & safety/fraud operations.
  • •Experience with reconciliation workflows and chasing variances to root cause rather than only flagging errors.
  • •Strong spreadsheet skills, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and pivot tables.
  • •Ability to document and clearly explain discrepancies to internal teams and external partners.
  • •Comfort with highly repetitive, high-concentration matching work and a focus on absolute accuracy.
