Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and develop aligned handlers and/or assistants; lead, encourage and mentor them to deliver technical excellence.
  • •Drive financial authority audits and ensure files are handled in a commercial manner.
  • •Devise strategies on files within the sub-team and support handlers to work economically while delivering the best client outcomes.
  • •Carry a caseload of complex public sector claims, including EL/PL, civil penalty appeals, data protection, Equality Act, and human rights issues.
  • •Build client relationships, achieve targets for chargeable hours/WIP/client MI, and support client audits and technical training/workshops.
