Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform schedule analysis and quality/integrity checks using Primavera P6, Deltek Fuse & Risk, and Microsoft Project.
  • •Support project baseline creation during initiation/setup and facilitate multi-discipline scope reviews.
  • •Develop and maintain logically linked level 3 and level 4 activity schedules for marine scope installation (pipelines, subsea, platforms, HDD) using precedence flow planning.
  • •Update and validate physical progress from EVMS systems and produce progress curves, workforce histograms, quantity curves, variance reports, and critical path analysis.
  • •Analyze schedule risks and deviations, elevate and expedite delaying operations, recommend recovery plans, and resource-load schedules aligned to earned value systems while mentoring junior planners as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Business Management, or equivalent training/experience.
  • •15+ years of EPCIC experience with Subsea/Offshore Oil and Gas projects.
  • •Experience fabricating subsea modules (e.g., PLEM/PLET).
  • •Solid command of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
  • •Advanced Excel skills (e.g., curves, histograms, dynamic tables, formulas) and ability to produce logically linked precedence-based activity schedules.
