Sales Associate

Provide outstanding consumer experiences as a sales associate, using Crocs’ V.I.B.E.S service model and championing a positive in-store team culture. Support all store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations. Partner with store management to achieve personal performance objectives, stay informed on brand initiatives and product collaborations, and follow asset protection and compliance procedures.
