Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct on-site quality assurance evaluations of franchised hotels and identify guest-impacting deficiencies.
  • •Prepare and deliver detailed QA reports and communicate findings to Brand Operations, franchisees, general managers, and ownership.
  • •Consult with property management to recommend cost-effective solutions and operational best practices.
  • •Advise district leadership and develop/execute regional quality improvement plans, including quarterly reviews.
  • •Conduct asset condition assessments and perform de-identification inspections of terminated franchise sites as required.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •2 years of proven experience in QA, hospitality operations, or franchise management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or Hotel and Restaurant Management (preferred).
  • •Strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to deliver constructive feedback.
  • •Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce QA software programs.
  • •Ability to work independently and collaboratively and to travel frequently.
