Head of Population Simulation Research

Lead Aaru’s population simulation research strategy by defining a rigorous research agenda spanning individual behavior, group dynamics, and population-level validity. Run and direct high-leverage experiments, build evaluation frameworks that compare simulated and real-world outcomes, and develop methods for agent construction and uncertainty estimation. Partner closely with Simulation Engineering, recruit and mentor a small team, and ensure reproducible, falsifiable research that directly informs what the company builds and ships.
