Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement IAM solutions and architectures across on‑prem and cloud environments.
•Operate and evolve IAM platforms and infrastructure to support secure access patterns.
•Support cloud and platform onboarding with secure IAM patterns and ensure policy compliance.
•Troubleshoot identity-related issues and maintain security posture with cross‑functional teams.
•Collaborate with development, security, cloud and infrastructure groups to continuously improve SEB’s security posture.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of IAM engineering experience with hands-on access management tools
•Strong networking fundamentals (TLS, DNS, proxies, firewalls, VPNs)
•Advanced PKI/certificate management and SSL/TLS handling
•Experience with identity federation tech (OpenID Connect, OAuth2) and multiple IDP solutions
•Experience with DevSecOps tools (Kubernetes, Docker, Git, GitHub Actions) and programming languages (Java, Python, Go, Spring, JavaScript)
