Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate shifts and join team on the floor to maintain energy and momentum.
  • •Coach and train staff to excel in hospitality and guest experience.
  • •Identify opportunities to work more efficiently, faster, or more enjoyably.
  • •Ensure everything from floor to display case looks top-notch and guest-ready.
  • •Support the Assistant Manager in executing the plan with tempo, teamwork and oversight.
