Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer the performance management process and help ensure timely, accurate performance evaluations.
  • •Advise employees and managers on performance management tools, processes, and related company policies.
  • •Support resolution of employee conflicts and performance-related concerns, including participating in relevant investigations.
  • •Prepare performance-related documentation, including Coaching Plans, and advise on probation topics (extensions and failures).
  • •Coordinate manager training sessions on performance management best practices and drive process improvements to enhance the employee experience.
