Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead full lifecycle customer engagement across Identify → Commit → Deploy → Consume, owning outcomes end-to-end.
  • •Define customers’ agentic AI strategy and roadmap, running design workshops and architecting solutions across Salesforce agentic AI, Data Cloud, and enterprise systems with AI governance.
  • •Manage delivery timelines and oversee engagement program execution through stakeholder communication, risk escalation, and progress reporting.
  • •Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics; identify blockers and drive measurable value realization.
  • •Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers and synthesize field insights into actionable product feedback for the Agentic AI platform roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, delivery leadership, or programme management for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology.
  • •A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • •Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory).
  • •Working knowledge of one or more programming languages: Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
  • •Experience leading AI/LLM solution design, including agentic AI strategy, conversation design, and responsible AI practices.
