Job Summary

Serve as a customer-facing advisor who defines agentic AI strategy and architecture, then leads full end-to-end delivery across the value lifecycle. Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to translate business challenges into enterprise AI deployments using Salesforce’s agentic AI platform and Data Cloud, ensuring deployment, adoption, and measurable consumption outcomes. Manage timelines, risks, stakeholder communication, and customer readiness while feeding field insights back into the Agentic AI platform roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead full lifecycle customer engagement across Identify → Commit → Deploy → Consume, owning outcomes end-to-end.
•Define customers’ agentic AI strategy and roadmap, running design workshops and architecting solutions across Salesforce agentic AI, Data Cloud, and enterprise systems with AI governance.
•Manage delivery timelines and oversee engagement program execution through stakeholder communication, risk escalation, and progress reporting.
•Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics; identify blockers and drive measurable value realization.
•Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers and synthesize field insights into actionable product feedback for the Agentic AI platform roadmap.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, delivery leadership, or programme management for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology.
•A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory).
•Working knowledge of one or more programming languages: Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
•Experience leading AI/LLM solution design, including agentic AI strategy, conversation design, and responsible AI practices.
