•Execute and meet production targets (AFYP) by new recruits as assigned by the Company
•Support agency members to become recruiters and groom existing recruiters to recruit more talents
•Manage, track and monitor agencies’ performance and achieve business targets
•Motivate and provide timely support to agency force to achieve production and recruitment targets
•Plan and organize activities/initiatives that drive productivity and recruitment contributing to the Company’s growth

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in any discipline
•At least 3 years working experience in Sales/Agency Business Development/Marketing in Insurance industry, preferably Life Insurance
•Good interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and maintain relationships with agencies and management
•Excellent verbal and written English communication
•A good team player
