Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional technical team across systems administration, networking, applications, and cybersecurity.
  • •Define and enforce delivery methodologies, governance frameworks, and quality assurance for customer-facing engagements.
  • •Act as primary executive escalation point for critical project roadblocks to drive technical and commercial resolution.
  • •Partner with Pre-Sales and Sales to transition from proposals to active delivery by validating scope, timelines, and resources.
  • •Oversee capacity planning, resource allocation, and utilization tracking to minimize bench costs and improve productivity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering field.
  • •10+ years delivering IT projects, including 5+ years in a leadership role managing systems, networks, and security teams.
  • •Experience delivering multi-million dollar enterprise IT projects (desired).
  • •Master's degree or MBA; advanced technical certifications such as CISSP or CCNP (desired).
  • •Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, stakeholder management, and vendor negotiation; knowledge of ITIL and PMP/Agile frameworks.
