Key Responsibilities

  • •Accept and accurately process financial service transactions while identifying opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and provide customized recommendations, transitioning clients to a Banker when appropriate.
  • •Act as a resource to identify and resolve more complex client servicing issues.
  • •Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals; participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
  • •Ensure compliance, audit, and security procedures; balance the cash drawer within balancing guidelines.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Experience building current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources through prospecting and networking.
  • •Ability to cash-handle accurately.
  • •General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms.
