Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development of dashboards and reporting tools to improve financial visibility and support executive reviews.
  • •Partner with business unit finance teams and Corporate FP&A to define requirements, align priorities, and enhance reporting capabilities.
  • •Improve processes and systems to increase the speed, accuracy, and consistency of forecast and actuals cycles.
  • •Deliver high-quality analysis and financial narratives supporting planning, close, and executive decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or business finance with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Experience supporting P&L reporting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
  • •Experience with financial systems and reporting tools including Tableau, Anaplan, and SAP BPC.
  • •Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including financial modeling and executive-ready presentation development.
  • •Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights, recommendations, and financial narratives.
