Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with global and regional teams to understand data needs and deliver people & corporate services insights for executive-level decisions.
  • •Extract and analyze relevant data to form opinions and derive insights; identify opportunities for leveraging people & corporate services data.
  • •Create and maintain dashboards and reporting using Power BI and automation tools, including advanced Excel and Claude Code.
  • •Advise on and support development of a data warehouse across primary and secondary data sources, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • •Implement data governance policies and procedures, perform data quality assurance, and provide SME training.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree (or 0 years with a PhD).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • •Proficiency with advanced visualization tools, especially Power BI.
  • •Demonstrable programming ability in SQL/Python and experience with AI “vibe coding” using Claude Code.
  • •Experience with data governance and process management, with strong analytical and communication skills.
