Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure professional and factual protection of the site and help all employees in the logistics center feel safe.
  • •Manage access and entry control, including visitor and external partner access rights and key management.
  • •Monitor the building using video systems and support alarm and emergency call systems.
  • •Conduct security checks (e.g., staff entry/exit controls, locker and vehicle checks), theft-prevention measures, and patrols with reporting.
  • •Coordinate external rescue and security services for alarm events; handle evidence and reports for rule violations and support first aid and fire protection measures when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Successfully completed the Sachkundeprüfung nach §34a GewO (ideally) and hold additional qualifications in first aid and/or fire protection.
  • •At least 2 years of professional experience dealing with people and performing administrative tasks.
  • •PC skills and comfort working with organizational spreadsheets/tables.
  • •Strong teamwork, high willingness to perform, and physical and psychological resilience to handle the role’s demands.
  • •Good German skills for accurate reporting; basic English knowledge at A2 level to communicate in the team.
