Key Responsibilities

•Lead cost planning, budget preparation, cost monitoring, and expense tracking across the project lifecycle.
•Track and manage project budgets, including cost forecasting, variance analysis, and contingency management.
•Lead contract administration activities, including preparation/review of contract documents, negotiation of terms, and ensuring compliance.
•Identify and manage cost risks, including mitigation strategies and support project controls for budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning.
•Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, leading reporting on cost updates and project status.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Engineering, or Construction Management.
•Professional accreditation (e.g. RICS or equivalent) is an advantage.
•10+ years’ experience in cost / commercial management.
•Proven experience in advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, industrial, or data centre projects is highly preferred.
•Experience in cost consultancy or professional services environments and managing complex, multi-package construction projects.
