Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and reach out to new clients, establishing mutually beneficial relationships and educating them on Reddit and the Reddit ads platform
  • •Act as the CEO of your book of business, and take full ownership of strategic bets, revenue forecasting, and ensuring operational rigor
  • •Work with Sales Ops Lead to develop a book of business and outbound sales pipeline
  • •Communicate feedback on our sales processes, narratives, and products in order to advocate for customers and improve the team’s effectiveness and efficiency
  • •Collaborate with Account Managers to build mutually beneficial partnerships between your customer base and Reddit

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of online media sales experience (platform experience preferred)
  • •Strong network of DACH advertisers and understanding of the media landscape
  • •Experience with New Business tools (e.g., Zoominfo, LinkedIn, Salesforce)
  • •Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and strong negotiation skills
  • •Experience in new business acquisition and ability to build lasting client relationships
