Job Summary

Deliver high-quality field service projects and reactive/planned maintenance for customer sites. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BMS solutions with Niagara, ensuring correct solution implementation while maximizing customer satisfaction and minimizing downtime. Maintain and develop customer relationships, support peers and technical stakeholders, identify sales/service opportunities, and keep technical knowledge current. Communicate upgrade paths and enhancements to customers, with travel support across central and lower North Island.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare, plan, execute, and control assigned projects and service delivery.
•Service customer sites and support reactive and planned works, upgrades, and replacements on live operational sites.
•Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BMS with Niagara, assisting peers and technical representatives.
•Maintain customer relationships, provide technical updates on enhancements and upgrade paths, and identify service and sales opportunities.
•Keep technical knowledge current and travel to support other teams in central and lower North Island.

Key Requirements

•A degree or considerable experience in an Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, and Mechatronic (or similar) engineering field or trade.
•Minimum 3 years relevant experience in BMS/HVAC with Niagara systems or Security.
•Comprehensive understanding of BMS or Security including control theory, plant operation, tuning, fault-finding, and diagnostics.
•Electronic security experience is highly regarded.
•Strong customer relation skills, with ability to communicate complex issues clearly and work under pressure.
