Security Managed Services Engineer (L1)

Support and maintain client firewall infrastructures in an entry-level Security Managed Services role, ensuring SLA compliance with zero missed conditions. Monitor client environments to detect and investigate issues early, handle standard incidents and service requests via telephony, ITSM tickets, and chat, and schedule patching and configuration changes. Follow shift handover procedures, update knowledge articles, automate workflows where possible, and assist with disaster recovery functions and testing.
