Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the installation of electrical systems that interconnect solar arrays to customers’ residential grid power.
  • •Ensure installations and service work are compliant with current NEC and local codes.
  • •Safely plan and complete solar battery installations and main panel upgrades as assigned based on state certification requirements.
  • •Troubleshoot system problems and resolve electrical issues.
  • •Work with the branch team, homeowners, and local inspectors to complete required upgrades/repairs; enforce OSHA-related safety practices.

Salary: USD 29.05 - 38.73

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Meet state electrical certification eligibility by possessing 75% of the hours required to sit for state-specific electrical certification exams.
  • •Electrical installation and repair experience, including wiring up to 600 VDC and 480 VAC.
  • •Working knowledge of current NEC codes, including interpreting single line drawings and PV systems from roof to meter.
  • •Maintain a clean driving record, be 21+ years old, and possess a valid driver’s license (state requirements for certified electrician trainee may apply).
