  • •Develop and execute integrated HR strategy to support operational excellence, talent sustainability, workforce productivity, and long-term business success.
  • •Ensure HR governance and compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, company policies, and Emerson standards; manage employee relations, performance management, and restructuring-related risk mitigation.
  • •Lead enterprise talent management and culture transformation, including talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement, and employee experience initiatives.
  • •Lead site ethics responsibilities and investigations support, champion employee health and safety initiatives, and lead/coach an HR team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • •Minimum 15 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant leadership experience supporting medium to large multinational manufacturing organizations.
  • •Proven track record partnering with senior business leaders to drive organizational transformation, talent strategies, and business performance.
  • •Strong knowledge of China labor laws and employment regulations, with practical, commercially sound compliance solutions.
