Job Summary

Build and mature AI2IO’s software quality assurance program across multiple development pods. Implement QA frameworks spanning manual, automated, functional, and performance testing, using Azure DevOps for plans, work item tracking, and dashboards. Partner with developers, delivery leads, and analysts to embed QA early, establish release readiness and defect triage processes, and improve workflows to reduce defects and time-to-release. Recommend automation tooling and mentor future QA/Test Engineers.

•Develop reusable test case libraries, templates, and documentation standards; define release readiness criteria and defect triage procedures.
•Recommend and pilot test automation tools and frameworks; continuously improve QA workflows and mentor development pods.

•Hands-on test automation experience (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Cypress) and API testing (e.g., Postman).
•Agile/Scrum knowledge and modern SDLC practices; ISTQB/CSTE (or equivalent) preferred but not required.
