Key Responsibilities

  • •Forecast, track, and analyze government incentives and grant programs across multiple regions, including federal and international programs and U.S. state-level incentives.
  • •Support planning and reporting cycles such as Annual Planning and Plan of Record (POR), Long-Range Planning (LRP), and Board of Directors (BOD) reviews.
  • •Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts related to incentive and grant funding, including Working Inventory Forecasting (WIF) and related analyses.
  • •Prepare financial models, variance analyses, and executive-level reporting, and present insights and recommendations to management stakeholders.
  • •Support compliance reporting and documentation and assist with internal and external audit requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • •1+ years of experience in finance, accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or a related role.
  • •Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills.
  • •Advanced proficiency with MS Excel and working with large data sets.
  • •Experience forecasting CapEx, cash flow, or fixed asset metrics (e.g., DPN) and supporting government grants or tax incentives.
