Key Responsibilities

  • •Own board reporting by building and managing materials for quarterly and annual board updates.
  • •Run operating cadence for key strategic initiatives using standups, reviews, and cross-functional syncs; keep projects on track.
  • •Track process adherence and continuously improve tools, templates, and systems used by the product team.
  • •Manage contract/spend audits and annual planning for product vendor contracts, including identifying consolidation and cost savings.
  • •Build business cases for new product investments and lead process automation via AI-enabled workflows and PDLC governance models.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: HUF 1,800,000 - 2,000,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5 to 10 years in product operations, program/project management, strategy, management consulting, or a closely related field, including cross-functional initiative leadership.
  • •Proven ability to manage board-level/executive reporting and produce quarterly/annual financial and product performance materials.
  • •Strong project management to run operating cadence, keep cross-functional projects on schedule, and drive accountability to deadlines.
  • •Hands-on experience automating processes, including building/configuring/monitoring agent- and agentic-workflow-enabled processes.
  • •Experience facilitating workshops with VP-level and senior leaders to drive decisions and alignment.
