Flight Test Engineering Lead

Own the planning, execution, and reporting of flight test campaigns for autonomous aerial vehicles, from early developmental testing through operational evaluation with military customers. Lead a small team of flight test engineers while directly contributing to test design, vehicle operations, and data reduction. Serve as the primary interface with customer test authorities, manage risk/go-no-go decisions, and produce flight test plans, telemetry/instrumentation setups, and detailed test reports.
