APAC Employee Relations Business Partner

Partner with business leaders and HR teams to manage complex employee relations cases across Southeast Asia and APAC, with a focus on organization redesign, workforce realignment, and performance management. Conduct independent investigations, provide risk-based counsel on disciplinary and warning actions, and ensure consistent, high-quality case documentation. Identify trends, develop corrective actions, and curate training to improve HR and leader decision-making.
