Support Services Supervisor

Direct engineering department employees at the mine site to support mining operations through civil, reclamation, design, construction, utility relocation, dewatering, environmental, and management expertise. Own capital and O&M budget estimating and tracking to meet safety, financial, and regulatory objectives. Manage contractors and oversee construction, documentation, and reclamation work to ensure compliance, supervise 1–4 personnel, and represent the mines in regulatory negotiations as needed.
