•Shape transformation and digital change in Financial Lines at the Köln or Frankfurt site.
•Analyze existing offers and processes, developing them further and producing concepts and IT specifications for new solutions.
•Ensure data points across the value chain remain usable and enable portfolio insights.
•Implement change-management strategies and communication plans to support changes and drive stakeholder acceptance.
•Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to monitor trends and new technologies and derive strategic opportunities for Financial Lines.

Key Requirements

•Completed degree in business administration, Data Science, business informatics, or Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
•Professional experience in product, project, process, or change management, ideally in the insurance industry.
•Strong conceptual and analytical skills with a structured, solution-oriented working style.
•Interest in digitization, new technologies, and organizational change.
•Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
