Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape transformation and digital change in Financial Lines at the Köln or Frankfurt site.
  • •Analyze existing offers and processes, developing them further and producing concepts and IT specifications for new solutions.
  • •Ensure data points across the value chain remain usable and enable portfolio insights.
  • •Implement change-management strategies and communication plans to support changes and drive stakeholder acceptance.
  • •Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to monitor trends and new technologies and derive strategic opportunities for Financial Lines.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in business administration, Data Science, business informatics, or Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
  • •Professional experience in product, project, process, or change management, ideally in the insurance industry.
  • •Strong conceptual and analytical skills with a structured, solution-oriented working style.
  • •Interest in digitization, new technologies, and organizational change.
  • •Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
